When a new review is posted to your connected Google Business Profile, earn5stars automatically detects it, analyzes the content, and drafts a personalized reply on your behalf. You stay in full control, no response is ever posted without your explicit approval.
Google Business Profile Must Be Connected First
Auto-Replies require your Google Business Profile to be linked to your earn5stars account before any reviews can be detected or replied to. If you haven't done this yet, see Connecting Your Google Business Profile.
How It Works
Once your Google Business Profile is connected, the Auto-Replies workflow runs automatically in the background:
- A customer leaves a review on your Google Business Profile.
- Our system detects the new review, analyzes its content, the star rating, tone, and any specific details mentioned.
- An AI-generated reply is drafted and held in your Auto-Replies tab, waiting for your review.
- You edit the reply if needed, then click Approve & Post to publish it directly to Google.
Reviewing and Editing a Suggested Reply
All pending replies live in the Auto-Replies tab of your dashboard. Here's how to work through them:

Open the Auto-Replies tab.
In your earn5stars dashboard, click Auto-Replies in the left-hand sidebar. Any reviews with a pending suggested reply will appear here.

Select a review to respond to.
Click on any pending reply to edit it. You'll see the original review's text at the top and the AI-drafted reply below it.

Edit the reply as needed.
The suggested reply is fully editable. Click anywhere in the reply text field to make changes, adjust the tone, add a personal touch, mention a staff member by name, or correct any detail the AI may have gotten wrong. You have complete creative control.

Approve and post the reply.
When you're satisfied with the reply, click the Approve & Post button. Your response will be published to your Google Business Profile immediately.
