As a Max tier user, you can configure your dashboard to instantly send a text message to your personal mobile phone the second a terrible review is caught, allowing you to intercept the issue before the customer decides to go public on Google.
Enabling SMS Alerts
Setting up your text alerts only takes a few seconds and can be managed directly from your profile settings.
- Log in to your earn5stars Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Settings tab located in your left-hand sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Alerts & Notifications section.
- Locate the Mobile Number field and type in the cell phone number where you want to receive the alerts.
- Click the toggle switch next to Bad Review Text Alerts so it turns green (enabled).
- Click the gold Save Profile button at either the top or bottom of the page to lock in your changes.
