Your earn5stars account billing is managed through our fully secure, Stripe-hosted billing portal. This ensures your sensitive payment information is always encrypted and protected by industry-leading security standards.
To access your billing portal, log in to your dashboard, navigate to the Settings tab, and click the Manage Subscription button.
Changing Your Plan Tier
Whether you are ready to unlock Smart Review Chasing or need to scale back, you can change your subscription tier at any time.
- Open the secure billing portal from your Settings tab.
- Click the Update Subscription (yellow button) located in your active plan panel.
- Select the new tier you wish to switch to and confirm your changes.
Updating Payment Methods and Billing Info
If you get a new credit card or need to change the address associated with your account, you can do so quickly without interrupting your service.
- To change your card: Click the + Add payment method button in the portal. Once added, you can click the three dots next to the new card to set it as your default payment method.
- To change your address/details: Click Update Information under the Billing Information section to modify the name, email, or address associated with your receipts.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
Need a copy of your receipt for accounting or tax purposes? Scroll down to the Invoice History section at the bottom of your billing portal. Here, you will see a complete log of every payment you've made. Click the date of any invoice to view it, or use the download icon to save a PDF copy directly to your computer.
Canceling Your Subscription
We operate on a strict month-to-month basis with no hidden fees or lock-in contracts. If you need to pause or end your service, simply click the Cancel subscription button inside the portal. Your premium features and branded link will remain active until the end of your current, already-paid billing cycle.
